    Description

Magnum Champagne Grand Cru Cazals Carte d'Or

Magnum Champagne Cazals Carte d'Or Grand Cru is an exceptional Blanc de Blancs Grand Cru made from 100% Chardonnay grapes. Made from the renowned terroirs of Oger and Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, this magnum offers a pure and defined expression of the Côte des Blancs.

    Technical characteristics

    • Grape variety: 100% Chardonnay
    • Origin: Grands Crus d'Oger & Le Mesnil-sur-Oger (Côte des Blancs)
    • Vinification: stainless steel vats to preserve freshness
    • Ageing: approximately 3 years in chalk cellars
    • Dosage: Brut, ~8 g/L
    • Format: magnum (1.5 L)

    Tasting profile

Pale yellow in colour, with green highlights and a fine, persistent mousse. On the nose, citrus fruit aromas (lemon, yuzu, grapefruit) evolve into hints of pastry, vanilla and sweet spices. On the palate, the attack is lively and energetic, giving way to an airy texture and a finish marked by lemony freshness and assertive salinity.
