Shipping Your Package

Packages are generally shipped within 2 days of receipt of payment in France and 3 to 5 days in Europe. They are shipped via GLS with a tracking number and delivered against signature. Regardless of the delivery method chosen, we will send you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees, as well as shipping costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while shipping costs vary depending on the total weight of the package. We recommend combining all your items into a single order. We cannot combine two separate orders, and shipping fees apply to each order. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special care is taken with fragile items.

Delays do not entitle you to compensation if the delivery times are given as an indication.

The boxes are appropriately sized, and your items are properly protected.
