The Champagne “green” Cuvée CEP Jean Michel (Champagne à Etat Pur) Extra Brut (no added sulfur) is a sparkling wine made with 1/3 Pinot Noir, 1/3 Pinot Meunier and 1/3 of chardonnay whose vines are cultivated in an entirely natural way, without weedkillers, without chemical treatments, the only products used are authorized in organic farming, in accordance with the regulation CE N ° 834/2007.
The vinification is also very natural, therefore without adding sulfur (the only additive authorized in oenology). This vinification allows more aromatic complexity and better digestibility of the wines. A wine of pleasure that feels good.
Champagne Tasting :
To the eye, a beautiful golden color with glittery reflections with a pure white foam and a cord.
On the nose, beautiful aromatic maturity with candied fruits which dominate, such as quince or candied orange, then at the end of the nose a very present taste of honey.
In the mouth, freshness that is maintained in length with notes of candied lemon and a toasted touch punctuates the finish.
The Jean Michel Champagne CEP Extra Brut (without added sulfur) is a natural sparkling wine in all its expression, it will accompany flaky meats or even citrus poultry.
