Champagne Baron Dauvergne Fine Fleur Blanc de Noirs in Magnum format, made from 100% Pinot Noir from the Bouzy Grand Cru. This brut champagne reveals a brilliant golden yellow color and aromas of red fruit, hazelnut and toast. Ideal with refined dishes.
Magnum Champagne Baron Dauvergne Fine Fleur Blanc de Noirs is a 100% Pinot Noir Blanc de Noirs from the Champagne Grand Cru de Bouzy appellation, blended from recent harvests and reserve juice, then aged on lees for 36 months with a controlled brut dosage of around 6-9 g/l. This 1.5 L magnum format offers slow, steady maturation, guaranteeing refined effervescence and a complex aromatic profile.
Visually, this champagne reveals a luminous golden yellow color and fine bubbles, the sign of careful maturation. On the nose, a harmonious bouquet of red fruit (cherry, raspberry) and white fruit (apple, peach), with hints of brioche, toast and toasted hazelnut. Structured and well-balanced on the palate, with a delicate mousse, controlled acidic tension and a long, persistent finish with honeyed, spicy and licorice notes.
Magnum Fine Fleur Blanc de Noirs reveals its full potential with rich, delicate dishes: shellfish, crustaceans, noble fish, poultry in cream sauce, mature cheeses (Comté, Brie) or mushroom and truffle dishes.
Serve between 9 and 11°C to reveal the freshness and finesse of the grain. To preserve the finesse of the bubbles, store horizontally in a cellar at between 10 and 15°C, away from light and vibrations. On opening, uncork gently to avoid sudden effervescence.
