Pol Roger have considered this with the utmost attention, and as a result their Pol Roger champagne Brut Reserve blend is derived from as many as 30 different wines from varying Vintages. Add to this a changing assembly that keeps the wine fresh and intriguing and you have a certain flavour that is hard to replicate. One third of the 3 main Champagne grapes makes up this beauty, with flavour flowing intensely from Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Black.
The process is strictly controlled. Clarification begins at 8 ° C and pol roger brut is fermented in separate Vintages so that aromas can be preserved properly. The Pol Roger Reserveis then aged for a minimum of 3 years in the cellars of Pol Roger in Epernay, where the bottles' distinctive straw-yellow colour is allowed to evolve, glowing with effervescence.
