Champagne EPC Premier Cru is a non-vintage cuvée made from 66% Chardonnay and 34% Pinot Noir from Premier Cru terroirs in the Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims and Vallée de la Marne. This cuvée is vinified by a group of winemakers in Avize, and is aged for 7 years, including 60% reserve wines. It has a low sugar content (6 g/l), offering remarkable freshness with notes of citrus, iodine, dried fruit and brioche.
This Premier Cru Champagne goes perfectly with pan-fried scallops, carpaccio of sea bream or a fine fig tart. It can also accompany soft cheeses or refined Asian cuisine.
