Champagne Paul Bara Extra Brut is a Grand Cru cuvée made from old Bouzy vines, blending 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay. Its low dosage of 2 g/L and absence of malolactic fermentation preserve a remarkable minerality.
Discover Champagne Paul Bara Extra Brut, an exceptional cuvée from the Grand Cru terroir of Bouzy. Produced by this family-run business since 1833, it combines 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay to offer an authentic, mineral expression of the vineyard.
Luminous pale yellow in color, with fine, expressive bubbles. On the nose, notes of quince, apricot, apple and bergamot testify to its balance of freshness and fruitiness. On the palate, the attack is precise and saline, punctuated by mineral touches and elegant length.
This champagne is ideal for lovers of structured, mineral wines. Its saline freshness makes it the perfect accompaniment to seafood, white fish in a light sauce or shellfish.
Serve at 9-10°C, ideally in a flute or tulip-shaped glass to preserve the delicate effervescence. Store upright, away from light and at a stable temperature (10-12°C).
