Sensory profile and tasting

Nose: Complex and refined, opening with fresh aromas of jasmine, elderflower, then evolving towards notes of brioche, almond, hazelnut, and delicate touches of ginger and marzipan.

Palate: The attack is round and enveloping, revealing a silky texture. Fragrances of white peach, apricot and citrus fruit (clementine, grapefruit) emerge in an ensemble supported by structuring acidity. Finishes with a hint of minerality and fresh almond.

Culinary uses & pairings

This cuvée lends itself well tosubtle dishes such as fish in a light sauce, mature cheeses, poultry with creamy notes or noble fish. Its acidic freshness and silky touch provide a harmonious contrast to contemporary cuisine.
