Description
Presentation of Champagne TER Blanc Philippe Gonet
Champagne TER Blanc Philippe Gonet is a Blanc de Blancs Extra Brut made from a meticulous blend of 100% Chardonnay from three exceptional terroirs: "Les Hautes Mottes" in Le Mesnil-sur-Oger (Grand Cru), "Vozémieux" in Oger (Grand Cru) and "Les Corrigniers" in Ludes (Premier Cru). This cuvée reflects the purity and complexity of the Champagne terroir, thanks to vinification in 60-hl oak tuns, without malolactic fermentation.
