Billecart-Salmon Champagne Le Reserve

Voted the “Best Brut Champagne of the World” by the Decanter Famous Guide, Billecart-Salmon's House Brut reserve has a lot to live up to. Not that it finds this particularly troublesome; round and harmonious, it's a balanced assembly which has remained in similar form since 1945. Since the beginning it's comprised of Black Pinot, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier, all founded in the best terroirs of Marne. What more is there to say?

This champagne is also one which remains true in its process and production: a tradition which involves the same care and attention as many years ago, where distilling wine is stored in optimum conditions – an extensive network of caves where the ideal temperature allows for just the right production of fine bubbles that we all know and love.

Once opened, expect the Brut Reserve to be pale straw-coloured, highlighted by slow rising bubbles and that trademark persistent mousse.
