This exceptional vintage is made with 80% Pinot Noir and 20% Chardonnay, enriched with a liqueur exclusively composed of Chardonnay and aged in new oak barrels. The process of making this Champagne embodies excellence at each stage, from manual harvesting, pressing of the whole bunch, to alcoholic fermentation at 18°C and malolactic fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats. The result is a vintage of consistent quality, thanks to several years of blending, refined in our traditional cellars.
