Champagne Chavost Blanc de Chardonnay is a 100% Chardonnay Blanc de Blancs from the clay-limestone hillsides of Chavot-Courcourt (Côteaux Sud d'Épernay). Vinified to minimalist specifications - no added sulfites, no filtration, no chaptalization - and aged on lees for around 4 years, this natural wine expresses the pure essence of its terroir.
