    • Grape varieties: 50% Chardonnay, 50% Pinot Meunier, with a hint of Pinot Noir
    • Appellation : Champagne AOC, Côteaux Sud d'Épernay

    • Ageing: 18-20 months on lees, unfiltered disgorging
    • Terroir: limestone-clay soils favourable to Chardonnay and Meunier grapes

    Sensory profile

    • Nose: white fruit (pear, green apple), citrus fruit, a hint of brioche and mineral nuances.
    • Palate: lively, tangy attack, fine effervescence, creamy texture, notes of lemon and almond on the finish.
    • Finish: fresh, taut, marked by minerality and good length.

Why choose this magnum of winemaker's champagne?

    • Ideal storage: the magnum format slows down the ageing process, preserving freshness and complexity for longer.
    • Faithful expression of a natural champagne, without additives or sulphites, suitable for fans of sustainable viticulture.
    • A well-balanced blend, combining the fruitiness of Meunier with the tension of Chardonnay.
    • Produced by a committed cooperative in organic conversion, with a real concern for terroir.
    • Recommended by the press as "one of the best champagnes available".
