Champagne Vilmart Grand Cellier Premier Cru is an exceptional cuvée from the Montagne de Reims region, produced by the family-owned Vilmart & Cie, founded in 1890 in Rilly-la-Montagne. This Premier Cru champagne is distinguished by its blend of 70% Chardonnay and 30% Pinot Noir, exclusively from parcels classified as Premier Cru. Aged in oak foudres without malolactic fermentation, it offers precise structure and remarkable freshness.
