The creation of this cuvée begins with alcoholic fermentation and malolactic fermentation in tuns, a process which reveals the elegance of each component. These tuns, with a capacity of 40HL (4000L), are the scene of the transformation of the juice into an exceptional wine. Their large capacity allows for optimal development of aromas and flavors, giving the champagne an incomparable depth.
The next step is just as crucial. After aging in tuns, the champagne is corked with staples. This traditional process ensures perfect conservation of the wine while allowing gentle evolution. The staples protect the integrity of the champagne, preserving its freshness and complexity.
Tasting Champagne MOUTARD Richardot Pinot Noir Vieilles Vignes is an exceptional sensory experience. Its golden yellow color, decorated with fine bubbles, immediately catches the eye. On the nose, a first impression reveals toasted aromas which evoke the richness of its terroir. The fruity notes blend harmoniously, with scents of lychee and pear. Elegance is expressed by the caress of wild red fruits, such as blackberries, currants and strawberries, as well as by the noble vegetal floral character of hawthorn.
