Made from 100% Pinot Noir Grand Cru de Verzenay grapes, Michel Arnould's Champagne Genèse Extra Rosé offers finesse, fresh structure and precise aromas of red berries. Vinified as Extra Brut, it reflects the exacting standards of sustainable, certified winemaking expertise.
Champagne Genèse Rosé by Michel Arnould is a remarkable expression of the Verzenay Grand Cru terroir. This Extra Brut cuvée, made from 100% Pinot Noir, embodies the excellence of a sustainable winemaker's champagne, precisely aged to deliver a powerful, elegant aromatic profile.
Appearance: luminous pink with salmon hues, fine, persistent bubbles.
Nose: marked expression of red berries (wild raspberry, wild strawberry, blackberry), accompanied by subtle nuances of blackcurrant and a discreet touch of honey.
Palate: fresh attack, harmonious structure and well-balanced acidity. The palate reveals aromas of red fruits, punctuated by a slightly mineral note, and ends with a long finish, typical of fine bubbles and Pinot Noir Grand Cru.
This cuvée can be enjoyed immediately upon purchase, but also benefits from moderate ageing potential (3-5 years). Serve between 8 and 10°C, in a balloon glass or flute to appreciate the aromas and liveliness of the bubbles. Ideal for pairing with delicate seafood, fish in a light sauce or root vegetable dishes.
Choosing Genèse Rosé Champagne means opting for a Pinot Noir Grand Cru from sustainable viticulture, with controlled vinification. It stands out for its balance between fruity intensity and freshness, while being a traditional "house" production, worked plot by plot.
