Ageing: Minimum 2 years on laths
Dosage : Brut (7 g/l)

Tasting notes

Appearance: Golden yellow with copper highlights.
Nose: Aromas of pear and lime blossom, evolving towards more complex notes and a vinosity characteristic of Pinot Noir.
