    Description

Magnum Champagne Brut Collet Art Déco - Premier Cru 1.5 L

The Magnum de Champagne Collet Brut Art Déco embodies the exacting standards of the house founded in Aÿ in 1921. This 1.5-litre magnum offers an optimal expression of the terroir: a precise blend of Chardonnay (40%), Pinot Noir (40%) and Pinot Meunier (20%), from 7 Grands Crus and 13 Premiers Crus, aged for 4 years in limestone cellars.

    Technical specifications

    • Format: Magnum 1.5 L
    • Blend: 40% Chardonnay - 40% Pinot Noir - 20% Pinot Meunier
    • Ageing : ≥ 4 years in limestone cellar
    • Dosage : Brut (≈ 8-9 g/L residual sugar)

    Sensory profile

Colour: bright lemon yellow, set in motion by fine, invigorating bubbles.

Nose: floral (white flowers, lemon), mineral nuances, notes of apple, pear, pineapple, hints of smoke and iodine.

Palate: soft, creamy attack, perfectly balanced fruity core, saline, slightly honeyed finish.

    Why choose this magnum?

    • The Magnum format favours controlled ageing and generous aromatic expression.
    • The rich, structured blend symbolises Collet's exacting standards, with a fine balance between finesse and complexity.
    • Its multi-faceted aromas (citrus, white fruit, minerality, smoke) set it apart from classic vintages.

    Recommended serving

Best served at 8°C. This magnum goes well with seafood (shellfish, crustaceans), fine fish (monkfish, sea bream) and dishes based on fine poultry or Iberian ham.

    Storage recommendations

Store between 10°C and 14°C, away from light and vibrations. The magnum format allows for ageing, giving it greater complexity if stored for a further 3 to 5 years.
