Taste and aromatic profile
Pale gold in colour, with fine, persistent, elegant bubbles. The nose is distinguished by its complexity: notes of white fruit - apple, pear - are enhanced by hints of almond, discreet brioche and sometimes a slightly spicy or mentholated nuance, depending on the blend.
On the palate, the attack is lively and dynamic, marked by controlled acidity. The texture is silky, carried by a delicate effervescence. Fruity and floral aromas develop with finesse, while the finish is fresh, mineral and long-lasting.
Who is this wine for? / Suitable contexts
Cuvée Agrapart 7 Crus is aimed at lovers of structured, elegant champagnes who appreciate the precision of meticulous blending. Thanks to its balanced profile of freshness, minerality and aromatic complexity, it is well suited to delicate dishes - especially seafood, fish and shellfish - or to any occasion when you want to discover a distinctive champagne from the terroir.
What sets this champagne apart
- A unique blend drawn from seven of the estate's villages, combining Grands Crus and Premiers Crus - a rare and emblematic signature of the estate.
- A winegrower's concern for the terroir: vines planted on chalky soils, in-house harvesting, parcel-by-parcel vinification, partial ageing in oak barrels, malolactic fermentation and low dosage for a dry, assertive style.
- Tension and minerality typical of the Côte des Blancs, with the elegance of Chardonnay and the fuller structure of Pinot Noir.
- A "calling card" cuvée from an estate renowned for the quality of its champagnes, representative of its identity and expertise.
