Champagne Pascal Agrapart Minéral 2019 is a vintage Blanc de Blancs made from the combination of two emblematic Grand Cru terroirs of the Côte des Blancs: Avize and Cramant. This wine embodies the chalky minerality and aromatic precision characteristic of the Agrapart house.

Sensory profile

To the eye, Mineral 2019 reveals a pale yellow colour, fluid and luminous, supported by a fine, elegant effervescence. On the nose, aromas of citrus fruit (lemon, grapefruit), white flowers, damp chalk and sometimes a hint of smoke or deep minerality. With aeration, more subtle notes of green apple and green hazelnut may appear, underlining the aromatic complexity. On the palate, the attack is clean, straightforward and mineral. The chalky salinity gives structure to the wine, which has a crystalline, taut, fresh and saline texture. The finish is long, vertical and persistent.

The tension, finesse and minerality of Agrapart 2019 make it particularly well-suited to seafood and fish dishes - oysters, shellfish, scallop carpaccios - as well as light, delicately-cooked dishes such as sole meunière, turbot, grilled fish and sashimi. Storage and serving

Store lying down, away from light, in a cellar with a stable temperature and hygrometry. Recommended serving temperature: 10-12°C. Mineral 2019 has an estimated ageing potential of 10-15 years. Over time, the minerality will combine with more evolved notes of dried fruit, brioche, salted butter and warm stone, while retaining its freshness and clarity.
