Light gold color, expressive nose with vigorous and simple fruity and floral notes, beautiful character of Chardonnay in the citrus register. A precise and straight palate, finish fleshed out by fresh notes.
This champagne is the result of a unique blend of more than 70 wines from all over Champagne, reflecting the diversity of the terroirs. It goes perfectly with fish, shellfish, poultry and cheeses. Composed of 55% Chardonnay, 30% Pinot Noir and 15% Meunier, with aging for 3 years on lees and a dosage of 6 g/L, it subtly combines sweetness and liveliness.
Maison Ayala, founded in 1860, perpetuates excellence and elegance through its champagnes, embodying the craftsmanship and devotion of generations of winemakers.
The Ayala Brut Majeur is recognised as an elegant champagne, embodied with a delicate and fruity touch. A wine characterized by its appealing fine bubbles and visually pleasing gold colour, on the nose it gives hints of yellow fruits and a slightly sour touch which contrasts wonderfully with the palate: a lightweight but bold personality. Lacking acidity, the wine is clear.
Ideal for an apertif, Brut Majeur Ayala will happily accompany scallops, fish or crustaceans, making it a firm choice for seafood dining.
Comprised of 45% Pinot Black, 30% Chardonnay and 25% Pinot Meunier, this blend, made only from the finest Premier and Grand Cru vineyards, has been aged for 3 years and is also made up of 20% reserve wines.
