Bleeding is a technique which is difficult to master, but one which must be in order to produce the finest pink champagne possible. Laurent-Perrier have done it again with this bottle, and the process has allowed for the grapes to naturally evolve, creating colours and aromas which are arresting when you have never experienced anything like it.
The Brut Rose Laurent-Perrier is as stylish to look at as it is enjoyable to taste. Dressed in a robe which glints of salmon, the dress sparkles brilliantly, enabling notes of fresh Champagne which stir up a pleasurable blend of aromas – among them strawberry, red currant and raspberries.
A fruity wine with a big character, it is slightly tart and multi-faceted, with notes of active red berries there for the taking. A Champagne suitable for dessert or equally, as a luxury aperitif.
