The Champagne Brut Nature Lallier is a sparkling wine made with 38% Chardonnay and 62% Pinot Noir from Grands Crus (Avize, Cramant, Oger, Ay, Verzenay, Bouzy and Ambonnay), of which 19% are wines reserve. Since 1906, LALLIER has been a manufacture of prestigious Champagne vintages. Without dosing liquor at disgorging, LALLIER has decided to add a very natural wine to its menu. This Brut Nature reflects the purity of its noble origins in freshness and subtlety. This champagne is perfectly suited to the art of drinking and eating well. With La Cuvée Brut Nature in a case from Maison Lallier, we find the aromatic expression of zero dosage in its simplest form.
To the eye, an elegant shimmering golden dress.
On the nose, delicate aromas of citrus fruits and white flowers. Very light honeyed notes evoke its maturity and gently flatter our nose.
Its taut and frank palate, mixed with a creamy effervescence, speaks volumes about the purity and noble origin of the wine.
Due to its delicacy and straightforwardness, the Cuvée Brut Nature Lallier Champagne goes well with savory rather than sweet dishes. No aggressiveness in the mouth, but accuracy and fidelity worthy of its name. A wine of great art for experienced epicureans.
