A blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier grapes, this Champagne Rosé Premier Cru from Maison Gaston Chiquet has a deep color and balanced structure. Aged 18 months on lees, vinified in stainless steel tanks. Ideal with fatty fish and fruity dishes.
Champagne GastonChiquet Rosé Premier Cru is a sparkling wine from a 23-hectare, sustainably farmed family vineyard in the Marne Valley, made from a masterful blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier grapes. It highlights the terroir of Hautvillers, Dizy, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ (crus recognized as Premier Cru) and sometimes Aÿ Grand Cru.
A deep pink color, accentuated by a fine, persistent mousse. The nose reveals a complex profile: crisp red fruits (strawberry, raspberry), enhanced by hints of nectarine, dried flowers and damp stone. On the palate, the balance combines ripe substance with saline tension, with a slightly acidic finish.
This Champagne Rosé Premier Cru offers a precise expression of the Marne Valley terroir. It goes well with fatty fish and shellfish dishes, as well as cuisine with lemony notes or fine red fruit flavors. Ageing on lees gives it a subtle texture, while controlled dosage ensures lasting freshness.
Aimed at connoisseurs of champagnes de vignerons, this Rosé Premier Cru can be used to accompany a gastronomic meal, as well as for tastings highlighting the finesse of its textures. It can be cellared for 4 to 5 years.
This stainless-steel vat blend enhances the pure expression of Premier Cru wines. From a recognized estate and member of the Club Trésors de Champagne, it combines a long-standing family tradition with sustainable viticulture. Critics (Vinous 93, Wine Spectator 91, Falstaff 93) attest to its excellent quality.
