With a blend of wines from seven crus in the Marne Valley, the taste is fresh, balanced and fruity. This unique champagne is composed of 10% red wine from Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir vinified in oak barrels and aged for 2 to 3 years in the cellar for maximum aromas.
To be enjoyed as an aperitif or as an accompaniment to raw meats such as steak tartare, beef carpaccio or veal ceviche and ideal for a barbecue or picnic.
