It is made from a complex blend of grape varieties and wines from seven crus in the Marne Valley, with 10% red wine aged in oak barrels for 2 to 3 years. This unique champagne offers a fresh, balanced and fruity bubble experience, and goes perfectly with raw meats or for a barbecue or picnic.

    Champagne Jean de La Fontaine La Flatteuse Brut Rosé, A bubble experience inspired by the fable "The Raven and the Fox". A complex combination of grape varieties - 30% Pinot Meunier, 50% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Noir (including 7% vinified or oak-aged wines) - creates a harmony of bubbles. With a blend of wines from seven crus in the Marne Valley, the taste is fresh, balanced and fruity. This unique champagne is composed of 10% red wine from Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir vinified in oak barrels and aged for 2 to 3 years in the cellar for maximum aromas.
