30% reserve wine, 2014 harvest dosed at 3 gr / L 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru, Cote des blancs. Racy nose, the bubbles are fiery and surround the wine with beautiful energy. Fresh, tense, slight buttery notes suspended, not very lemony, a roundness on the finish gives it a real flavor.

Rosé de saignée grand cru Verzy, an invigorating, angry and sparkling cuvée, with fine notes of raspberry and tobacco; the wine has a nice attack, richness and a great personality.

Champagne Lallier Blanc de Noirs Brut Grand Cru is made exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes from Aÿ and Verzenay. After 5 years of maturation on lees, it reveals aromas of ripe, slightly candied fruit, with hints of honey and pastry.

On a grand cru wine base, a complex rosé based on a cordon bleu blend of the famous hillsides of Les Riceys brings this rosé a fruity mouthfeel, without excess, on fragrances of blackberries, and tea in its freshness. Good value for money.

Champagne Patrick Boivin Blanc de Blancs is a Premier Cru 100% Chardonnay. Its fine palate is dominated by freshness, with citrus and almond aromas.

Champagne Hugues Godmé Extra-Brut Premier Cru Blanc de Blancs BIO : a 100% Chardonnay from Premier Cru terroirs on the Montagne de Reims, partly vinified in wood, offering beautiful mineral tension and aromatic complexity.

Champagne Pinot Chevauchet Blanc de Noirs Extra-Brut is made from Pinot Noir grapes from the Longue Fève, Pierrotte and Marlaine parcels. Vinified in oak barrels, it reveals a yellow color with pinkish highlights and aromas of red fruit and vanilla.

Champagne Lallier Blanc de blancs is first-rate with an exceptional blend for a blanc de blancs with 70% of the wines of Ay from old vines (AY renowned for its pinots noirs) An intoxicating nose of nectar, daffodil and a silky mouth well concentrated on grapes picked at maturity.
