This champagne is inspired by the fable "The Hare and the Tortoise" and is produced according to the Champagne method. It exhibits elegant aromas and hints of ripeness, and pairs perfectly with salads or gourmet cheese platters. It was aged in the cellar between 3 and 5 years.

The champagne winegrowers have selected 100% Chardonnay grapes from the Marne Valley to create this champagne inspired by the fable “The Hare and the Tortoise”. Vinification using the Champagne method in stainless steel vats produces a cuvée with finesse and delicacy.
