Champagne Jean De La Fontaine The majestic Brut Millésimé 2015, inspired by the fable "The Lion and the Rat", a classic expression of champagne in its highest form. Carefully crafted with the finesse and expertise that only the Marne Valley in France can achieve, this champagne is made from 80% Chardonnay (20% vinified in barrels), 10% Pinot Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir. Each varietal offers delicious citrus notes and freshness to create a distinguished flavor brimming with elegance. This cuvée was vinified in both stainless steel and oak barrels, which gives it a unique flavor. After 5 to 8 years of aging in the cellar, it is bottled to reach its full potential.
