Champagne Terroir of Côte des blancs

The latest addition to the large family, a natural blanc de blancs, a selection of the finest grand cru grapes, this champagne requires significant aeration to unfold its potential (open the bottle 1 hour before serving) beautifully on the sweet and sensual aromas of green tea, white-fleshed fruits, a stony nuance refines this great wine.

A little more dosed than the grand rosé, the scents remind us of barley sugars and raspberry jams from our grandmothers. A final on the effervescence which lightens without attacking the notes of exotic fruits.
