Sensory profile and terroir
The Cuvée Blanc de Blancs has a light yellow colour with emerald highlights, a nose of hawthorn, acacia, hazelnut and praline, followed on the palate by a pleasant mineral tension, citrus fruits (lemon, yuzu) and a fresh finish. In contrast, the Blanc de Noirs develops an unusual fullness and density.
