Champagne Nominé Renard Demi-sec is a balanced, expressive cuvée from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. Aged for almost three years in bottle, this champagne seduces with its light yellow color with green highlights, its rich nose of ripe fruit and pastry, and its unctuous palate, perfectly structured by a mineral freshness.
The semi-dry dosage makes it an excellent companion for moderately sweet desserts, blue cheeses and foie gras. An authentic expression of the Côte de Sézanne terroir, this cuvée combines complexity and accessibility. Served between 8 and 10°C, it reveals all its finesse. Ideal for connoisseurs looking for an elegant, balanced and versatile demi-sec champagne.
Champagne Nominé Renard Demi-sec is a perfectly balanced blend of Chardonnay (40%), Pinot Noir (30%) and Pinot Meunier (30%), aged using the traditional Champagne method for between 30 and 36 months. This ageing time confers a refined structure and a fine balance between roundness and freshness.
A luminouscolor evoking soft gold, with soft green nuances.
A rich, expressivenose, combining ripe fruit (poached apple, white peach), fresh citrus, pastry spontaneity (brioche, honey, milky notes), underlined by a subtle floral touch.
A full, unctuouspalate, with a perfectly structured, creamy texture. The gentle dosage provides fine balance, while the chalky freshness on the finish ensures pleasant, mineral length.
This demi-sec champagne is ideal with desserts that are not too sweet: tarte tatin, hazelnut macaroons, iced nougat. It also goes well with certain blue cheeses or foie gras, for those seeking a sweet note without excess.
