    Champagne Excellence Malard Rosé

    Champagne Malard Rosé Excellence is an exceptional non-vintage cuvée produced by Maison Malard, independent since 1996. It combines the iconic grape varieties of Champagne, Pinot Noir (partly vinified as red wine) and Chardonnay, for a beautiful balance between finesse and aromatic expression.

    Technical characteristics

    • Blend: 95% Pinot Noir (11% of which is vinified as red wine), 5% Chardonnay
    • Terroirs: Oger, Chouilly, Verzenay and Ay, great villages of Champagne
    • Vinification: complete malolactic fermentation, aged for 5 years on lees
    • Dosage: 8 g/L
    • Serving temperature: recommended between 9°C and 12°C
