Superb freshness and vitality, a nose of vinosity, the combination of notes of lily of the valley and hawthorn make this a fine champagne, pleasantly caressing on the palate, a high proportion of minerality and a hint of refinement, with a finish of chestnut.

  • Vinification: stainless steel vats + barrels
  • Ageing: long on lees in barrels, dosage 2-3 g/L
  • Certification: HVE & VDC (sustainable viticulture)

Advantages of the cuvée

  • Authentic: pure expression of a single 2016 vintage
  • Typicity: a blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes
  • Minimal dosage: perfect for appreciating the purity of the wine
  • Ageing potential: ready to drink, may evolve up to 2030

Why choose this cuvée?
