Profile & strengths for the discerning wine lover
This cuvée expresses a subtle balance: Pinot Noir provides structure, Meunier brings fruity roundness and Chardonnay adds tension and brightness. The careful blending combines aromatic richness with mineral precision. Due to the low dosage, the expression of the terroir is clear and direct.
Tasting context
The Reflets de la Haute Vallée cuvée is ideal for those looking for a champagne with character, rooted in the terroir. It can be enjoyed on its own as a drink with character, or to accompany delicate dishes where acidity and minerality play an essential role.
Why choose this cuvée?
This cuvée is a must for terroir enthusiasts: a single-vineyard estate, parcel-by-parcel viticulture, a demanding blend and an extra-brut dosage. Its mineral signature and aromatic complexity make it a unique wine, different from more classic profiles. It is a cuvée that embodies the identity of the R. Faivre estate.
Serving and storage advice
Store the bottle in a cellar at a stable temperature (10-12°C), away from light and vibrations. It can be kept for 6 to 8 years, until around 2033. Serve at around 9-10°C in a tulip or narrow-bowled glass, allowing it to rest for a few minutes after opening to allow the aromas to develop.
