Round and complex, the Cordon Bleu Blanc de Noirs by De Venoge marks the beginning of a new wine concept founded in 1988. And so this unique blend was born. Ever since then, it has surpassed its goal to become a wine suitable for dishes De Venoge Cordon Bleu Blanc de Noirs doesn't sit well with.
Comprised of two of the most classic wines out there – Pinot Black (89%) and Pinot Meunier (20%) – this blend is alive with freshness and ripe with a power that is present all through the long finish. One that is preceded by yellow fruit aromas and toasted notes, and a recipe that delivers a harmonious wine which allows all its elements to be individually appreciated.
