A product of Leclerc Briant's pioneering biodynamic philosophy, Leclerc Briant Cuvée Divine Extra Brut Solera is a refined champagne blend, vinified in oak barrels and aged in solera. This non-vintage, bio-sourced cuvée embodies the subtle expression of Champagne terroir, with a minimalist dosage of 3 g/l.

Technical specifications

  • Blend: 50% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot Noir, 20% Chardonnay.
  • Aging: Fermented and aged in oak barrels, 48 months on lees.
  • Dosage: Extra Brut (3 g/l).
  • Viticulture: biodynamic conversion, Demeter-certified since 2003.
  • Serving temperature: 9-11°C.
  • Ageing potential: 5 years.

The cuvée reveals an aromatic concentration of meringue, toasted brioche and lemon curd.
