Description of Champagne Billecart-Salmon Vintage 2016

Billecart-Salmon Vintage Champagne 2016 is a prestigious Extra Brut cuvée made exclusively from Grands Crus from the Montagne de Reims and Côte des Blancs. It is a blend of 66% Pinot Noir and 34% Chardonnay, vinified in stainless steel vats with partial malolactic fermentation, then aged on lees for around 5 to 9 years before disgorging at 1.9 g/L.
