Coming only from the Mesnil sur Oger terroir, classified grand cru, single varietal and mono cru, blanc de blancs easy to open at any time, well made with respect for chardonnay on exotic fruits and almonds on the finish.

Champagne Nominé-Renard Blanc de Blancs is made from 100% Chardonnay and aged 48 months on lees. This non-vintage cuvée boasts a golden color, fine bubbles and aromas of brioche, honey and white flowers. It stands out for its minerality, freshness and balance, making it an ideal choice for delicate cuisine or seafood.

A blanc de noirs has the height of large trading houses. This nectar opens with candied orange, queen-claude and golden peach, complex, nervous palate, stimulating finish on gingerbread.
