Technical specifications

• Appellation: Champagne AOC - Premier Crus.
• Blend: 40% Pinot Noir, 35% Meunier, 25% Chardonnay.
• Vinification: hand-harvested, Coquard pressing, plot-by-plot in stainless steel vats, no malōlactic fermentation.
• Ageing: ≥ 60 months on lees, disgorgement without dosage (0 g/L).
• Soil: clay-limestone, ideal for tension and salinity.
• Format: 75 cl bottle.
