The Champagne Brut Impérial with gold and black case Moët & Chandon is the most accomplished and universal expression. It is a vibrant, generous and seductive sparkling wine, the symbolic cuvée of Maison Moët & Chandon since 1869.
The Brut Impérial champagne Moet & Chandon is a sparkling made from a blend of 30 to 40% Pinot Noir, 30 to 40% Pinot Meunier and 20 to 30% Chardonnay. The grapes come from 200 different crus, in which the three Champagne grape varieties complement each other harmoniously with 20 to 30% of reserve wines, mainly selected. The iconic Cuvée from Maison Moët & Chandon celebrated its 150th anniversary in 2019. A symbolic cuvée from Maison Moët & Chandon since 1869, Moët Impérial is its most accomplished and universal expression. The Brut Impérial with gold / black case from the House of Moet & Chandon incorporates all the diversity of grape varieties, all the richness of the terroirs and the grape harvests of Champagne, to attest, in its entirety, to the complexity that characterizes it.
To the eye, a light golden straw yellow color, adorned with light green reflections.
On the nose, tangy intensity of green apple and citrus fruits, freshness of mineral nuances and white flowers and elegance of blond notes of maturity (brioche, cereals or even fresh nuts).
On the palate, tasty generosity of white-fleshed fruits (pear, peach, apple), seductive caress of a fine bubble, soft vivacity of citrus and redcurrant nuances.
The Brut Imperial Moet & Chandon champagne will go particularly well with sushi, scallops, oysters, white fish, white meats or even white fruit.
