Coming only from the Mesnil sur Oger terroir, classified grand cru, single varietal and mono cru, blanc de blancs easy to open at any time, well made with respect for chardonnay on exotic fruits and almonds on the finish.

Low in dosage, this blanc de blancs reveals all the expression of chardonnay on its minerality, the aromas are marked by spring notes of field flowers and minty scents.

Well-defined nose with hints of lemon, white peach and a hint of sweet caramel.
