Champagne A. Bergère Soléra Blanc de Blancs Brut is a 100% Chardonnay from the limestone terroirs of Fèrebrianges, Étoges and Congy. This champagne has a brilliant golden color and intense floral aromas, with notes of white peach and nectarine, supported by a creamy structure.

Sublime vintage on a base of meunier gives a first nose of stewed fruit, white fruit and warm brioche. Pleasant on the palate, good balance of the 3 grape varieties that make up this tasty champagne, final papaya, lemony over the length.

30% reserve wine, 2014 harvest dosed at 3 gr / L 100% Chardonnay Grand Cru, Cote des blancs. Racy nose, the bubbles are fiery and surround the wine with beautiful energy. Fresh, tense, slight buttery notes suspended, not very lemony, a roundness on the finish gives it a real flavor.
