Blanc de Blancs CATTIER is an elegant and fresh champagne, made from 100% Chardonnay and 40% reserve wines from 9 terroirs of the Montagne de Reims such as Ludes, Chigny-les-Roses and Rilly-la-Montagne . In the glass, a lovely bead of fine bubbles will enchant your senses, while the nose reveals elegant aromas of vanilla and white flowers such as acacia, followed by a subtle scent of figs. On the palate, the attack is fresh and fruity, with flavors of peach, apricot and pear, followed by lemony and pastry notes on the finish. Its silky texture is reminiscent of the skin of a peach and goes perfectly with seafood, sole meunière, turbot with cream or goat cheese and brie.
