Advantages for the user
By choosing this set, you gain access to several advantages: a wine from an exceptional terroir (Ambonnay Grand Cru) and a quality service with two flutes suitable for tasting, avoiding the need to provide glasses separately. The technical design of Lehmann flutes highlights the effervescence, colour and aromas of the wine.
Use and tasting
This set is ideal for connoisseurs who want to enjoy a fine winegrower's champagne in the best possible conditions. The flute format allows you to appreciate the finesse of the bubbles and the typicality of the wine. It's also ideal as a gift for a connoisseur, or for a special occasion without any reference to a "celebration". It should be stored in a dark place at a constant temperature when unopened. Serving the cuvée at a temperature of around 9°C allows its juice and aromas to express themselves.
Why choose this boxed set?
Domaine Ouriet-Pâture has been a family-run business since 1958. Its 6 hectares of south-east-facing chalky soil give its champagnes a distinctive character. The choice of a blend rich in Pinot Noir (70%) brings power and structure, while the Chardonnay (30%) ensures finesse and freshness. The presence of Lehmann flutes ensures that tasting will take place in the best possible conditions - something that sets this box apart from many standard offers.
Practical advice
For optimal tasting, open the bottle shortly before serving and pour into the crystal flutes carefully, to preserve the pearling. After use, wash the flutes by hand with a very neutral soap or in the "glasses" programme of the dishwasher, then leave to air dry without wiping to preserve the transparency of the crystal.
