Champagne Clandestin cuvée Boréal 2022: a 100% Pinot Noir from north-facing vines on Kimmeridgian soils. Vinified without dosage, it offers a remarkable saline, mineral expression.
Champagne Clandestin Boréal 2022 is a cuvée made exclusively from Pinot Noir grown on north-facing plots in the commune of Buxières-sur-Acre, in the heart of the Côte des Bar region. This unique terroir, composed of Kimmeridgian soils rich in limestone and clay, gives this cuvée a remarkable mineral and saline expression.
On tasting, this Champagne Brut Nature reveals a pale yellow color with golden highlights, enlivened by a fine, persistent effervescence. The nose opens with aromas of fresh red fruit, candied lemon and warm brioche. On the palate, the attack is lively, with fine mineral tension, notes of green apple and a saline finish that prolongs the tasting experience.
This Champagne Pinot Noir goes perfectly with seafood, grilled fish or soft cheeses. We recommend serving it at a temperature of 10-12°C to fully appreciate its aromatic complexity.
Cuvée Boréal 2022 embodies Champagne Clandestin 's commitment to environmentally-friendly viticulture and precise winemaking. Its absence of dosage highlights the purity of the fruit and the typicity of the terroir, offering an authentic experience for lovers of organic Champagne and wines of character.
Store in a cool, dark place. This champagne can be enjoyed now, or cellared for 3 to 5 years to develop more complex aromas.
