    Description

Champagne Taittinger Nocturne Rosé is a dry blended rosé that embodies the expertise of Maison Taittinger. Composed of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, it is enriched with still red wine to offer a vibrant color and elegant structure at first glance.

    Technical specifications

    • Blend: 30% Chardonnay, 70% Pinot Noir & Pinot Meunier
    • Added red wine: ~15%, from Montagne de Reims and Les Riceys crus
    • Dosage: 17.5 g/L - dry Champagne category
    • Aging: 4 years in cellar before disgorging
    • Size: 75 cl

    Taste profile

Intense pink in color, supported by a string of fine bubbles. The nose reveals aromas of fresh red fruits - strawberry, raspberry - accompanied by greedy nuances of pastry and floral notes. On the palate, the attack is clean and generous. Tannins are present but fine, adding texture. The balance between sweetness, acidity and tannic structure ensures a harmonious, refined whole.

    Tasting & pairing

    • Recommended serving temperature: between 8°C and 10°C.
    • Pairings: red fruit desserts, light pastries, or as a finale to a meal.
    • Storage: up to 3-5 years in the cellar for added complexity.

    Why choose this Champagne?

This dry rosé blend stands out for its controlled addition of red wine, its long maturation in the cellar and the subtle balance between tension and roundness. It follows in the tradition of Taittinger, a family-run Champagne house respectful of the terroir, renowned for the quality of its blends and the finesse of its style.

    Practical advice

    • Store horizontally, in a dark, temperate cellar (10-12°C).
    • Prefer a fine flute or tulip-shaped glass to appreciate its aromas and delicate mousse.
    • Serve chilled: the recent opening of the longest aging process preserves its freshness.
