Champagne de Mailly-Champagne
The village of Mailly-Champagne, in the heart of the Montagne de Reims nature park, is renowned for its exceptional terroir, classified 100% Grand Cru since 1920. The 70 hectares of vineyards, spread over 35 "lieux-dits", benefit from varied exposure to the four points of the compass, conferring a unique richness on the grapes. The chalky soils, typical of the region, favor the cultivation of Pinot Noir (75%) and Chardonnay (25%), enabling the production of champagnes of great finesse.
Among the emblematic cuvées, Besserat de Bellefon Bleu Brut offers delicate effervescence and fresh aromas, ideal for accompanying seafood. Cuvée Bruno Paillard Rosé Première, with its salmon color and red fruit notes, brings an elegant touch to aperitifs. As for Taittinger Prélude Grands Crus, it embodies the prestige of the house with its complex aromas of white flowers and brioche, offering a refined taste experience.
