A little more dosed than the grand rosé, the scents remind us of barley sugars and raspberry jams from our grandmothers. A final on the effervescence which lightens without attacking the notes of exotic fruits.

Beautiful structure of the blanc de blancs grand cru, crystalline nose, young and refined with citrus fruits, sea breeze. Light palate has impressive acidity and mineral character.

Coming only from the Mesnil sur Oger terroir, classified grand cru, single varietal and mono cru, blanc de blancs easy to open at any time, well made with respect for chardonnay on exotic fruits and almonds on the finish.
