Sublime vintage on a base of meunier gives a first nose of stewed fruit, white fruit and warm brioche. Pleasant on the palate, good balance of the 3 grape varieties that make up this tasty champagne, final papaya, lemony over the length.

Cuvée which reflects the terroir of Chavot on the southern slopes of Epernay, area of the vineyards planted at 65% Pinot Meunier, whose aromatic richness is a great pleasure to taste with a 60% Meunier blend.
